Buffalo, New York
The Buffalo metropolitan area had two clusters of migrant Asian men who registered for the draft. The other was found to the south, in Lackawanna, and consisted of South Asians who worked at the recently built Lackawanna Steel manufacturing plant and lived in company housing.
